The “ rake-like ” structure of our Group on two hierarchical levels helps to increase dialogue and information flow.

This is particularly the case with requests for Training or Certification, wherever the request comes from, career management (in particular choosing suitable projects) and end of project or annual assessments.

This method of management (backed up by the contractual obligations set out by General Management) means that each Group Manager has a large capacity for decision making, in which they are supported by horizontal Departments.

Around 3-4 times a year, we organise meetings of various kinds (drinks, meetings, conferences, Group evenings) so that our staff can meet and talk to each other.

We do everything possible to ensure our employees feel “ at home ” in the Company, so that they will want to play a part in its ongoing improvement.
