Quality Consultancy, Audits and Quality Process

The CELLA Group offers Quality Consultancy services as part of its continuous improvement approach to Client IT projects.

This Service is based around two main areas:

• Support provided by Consultants working on the Client site,
• Introduction, definition and improvement of Client procedures.

We are also able to work on site, offering:

• An audit phase for existing procedures and reference systems,
• A definition phase for target procedures, with an identity card for each one (perimeter, requirements covered, entry and exit data, performance and monitoring indicators, people involved, positioning),
• Documented stages with integration of good practice,
• Creation or parametering of tools,
• A phase for training and transfer of skills to your teams,
• An adjustment phase via analysis of the results obtained.
