Development, Future,
Environment and Responsibility
|
The global changes in our environment require us to modify our outlook and our behaviour as regards traditional development.
International and national organizations, governments, local authorities, individuals and therefore businesses must now
contribute, each at their own level of responsibility, to actions promoting sustainable development, i.e. development that
does not compromise future generations.

As a business aware of its responsibilities, with an ethical structure, the CELLA Group must take account of the new global
challenges and the growing ecological and economic; imbalances, to ensure that our direct impact on the environment is less
critical than that of industrial companies.
Integrating the sustainable development model into the CELLA Group primarily means ensuring its longevity and economic efficiency
so that it can confront its social and societal responsibilities.
Firstly, for our employees:
- Ensure their well-being, through the best possible working and pay conditions,
- Maintain their motivation by training them and meeting their expectations,
- Build personalised development plans,
- Innovate, offering them assignments that are also personal challenges, by relying on the structure of the CELLA Group and,
by relieving them of the anxieties inherent in an uncertain labour market, allow them to contribute on an individual level
to the fundamental movement of sustainable development.
Next, for our Clients and Partners:
- Ensure transparency,
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and contractual and moral obligations.
We do everything possible to comply with the latest French, European and global recommendations, in particular:
